Soft & Lit is a half-day, immersive healing retreat for the feminine body and spirit. Rooted in cyclical wisdom and plant medicine, this experience combines yoni steaming, embodied movement, sound healing, and optional cann🌱 ritual—all within a sacred, inclusive community setting. Our host space, Diaspora Experiences, is a private 21+ club dedicated to honoring the intersection of culture, community, and cann🌱. It’s the perfect container for a soft yet elevated journey inward. This is a call back to the body. A place to be held, seen, and restored. This is for Women-identifying folks, 21+, wellness seekers, cann🌱- curious, and community-centered beings.
